Automate Your Incoming Mail
New Mail Received
Start a Zap whenever a new mail item or package is received in your PostScan Mail mailbox.
Use mail details such as the Mail ID, sender, recipient, received date, mail type, and other available information in your workflow.
Open & Scan
Create automations when an Open & Scan is:
Completed
Cancelled
When an Open & Scan is completed, the scanned content PDF can be included in your Zap, allowing you to automatically save, share, organize, or process the document.
AI Summary Completed
Trigger an automation when PostScan Mail finishes generating an AI summary for a scanned mail item.
The AI Summary and Mail ID can be passed into your workflow so you can create tasks, notifications, records, or other automated processes.
Rescan
Create automations when a Rescan is:
