To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostScan Mail disclaims all liability arising from or related to the Cookie Tool, including but not limited to:
(i) its performance, accuracy, or completeness;
(ii) any failure or partial failure to enforce user preferences;

(iv) any reliance on the Cookie Tool’s effectiveness.
