Started offering real-time shipping rates for USPS, UPS and FedEx allowing customers to forward mail items across the US and internationally with ease.
Address validation to ensure mail items and packages are forwarded to the correct address, ensure shipments are not lost in transit or returned.
Provided customers with the ability to request secure shredding on their mail items, this was made available to all mail items including letters and packages.
In addition to being able to open & scan letters, started giving customers the option to open & scan packages to view internal contents before shipping.
Added Canada Post as a shipping option for locations in Canada, the ability to request shipments via Canada's primary postal operator.
Added support for push notifications for both iOS and Android devices, allowing customers to more easily receive notifications about their mail items.
Added the ability for customers to sign into their virtual mailbox account using their Google, Apple or Facebook account.
Started giving customers the ability to schedule mail or package pickup from their subscribed location.
Added support for accepting payments via PayPal, making it easier for customers to sign up without having to use a credit card.
Allowed customers to log out of all active sessions, to ensuring greater security for the account when passwords are updated.
To enhance account security, we added the option to enable two-factor authentication on the web and mobile apps.
